She was always friendly, answered all questions, provided vital feedback and always willing to help out with any questions or referred us to someone that could help. The on sight Foreman, Rolando was amazing to work with. Any concerns during the process was documented by him and were corrected in a timely fashion. He answered any questions, was organized and made the walk through process very smooth. Crystal, our Closing Representative was very organized and easy to work with. She made the closing process easy.
