Her desire to build a home by Neal Communities dates back over five years ago when she first saw the Expression floor plan at another Neal community. With the market not quite right to sell her previous home, she waited. Again, she spotted her dream home at yet another Neal community, but still, the timing wasn’t right.
Around this same timeframe, Kaytee decided to make a career change and applied to work for Neal Communities. Her worlds collided when Magnolia Point began development, where the builder was constructing her dream floor plan. This time, fate didn’t falter. Her dream floor plan, on a larger home site, was in her dream location. Best of all – she was finally able to sell her home!
“The team at Neal Communities makes all the difference,” says Kaytee. “You have so many people to help you through the process, making it easy and fun. From the time I signed my contract, I had a customer care representative assigned to me to assist with the whole process. During the design phase, I had a great designer who kept me on budget and helped me when I could not decide for myself on some of the home’s aspects.”
It’s important to Kaytee that while she encourages people to buy a Neal home, she also lives out the firm’s guiding principles. Not only does it show confidence in the homebuying experience, but she has also learned new aspects regarding the construction process from the customer side, which was invaluable. She hopes this will help her in the future as she works with customers and shares her new knowledge with them.
While she may have the best commute ever, there are other contributing factors to her fondness for Magnolia Point. Kaytee loves to be outdoors, and between the community green space, nesting American Bald Eagles, the local wildlife and conservation land, there’s plenty of nature to go around.
She hopes to continue to show others how wonderful the big family is at Neal Communities and all the amazing communities the builder has to offer.
