I wanted to take a moment to be sure you knew how good a job Larry Allen does over at Milano.
When I walk the complex, Larry is always busy ensuring that the construction sites are neat and tidy and that no trash is either at lakeside or in the lake. He is always friendly and really seems to enjoy his job and working for Neal Communities. At a recent Milano community meeting, the “man in the red pickup truck” (Larry) was brought up for recognition because he is so polite and helpful to everyone.
These days, employees like Larry are getting harder to find.
Just wanted to be sure that you knew your customers truly appreciate the work that Larry does at Milano.
